"The combination of Blanche’s delicate yet assured vocal timbre with Mike’s tender, tremulous tenor makes for some distinctively attractive harmonies and their voices make for a powerful duetting force" (Living Tradition)
"Excellent harmony vocals and dexterous guitar, mandola, and laùd ... this is classy stuff" (fRoots)

French dancing is mostly couple dances - think French café waltzes - but there's much more to it than that. Breton dances link the dancers in circles and spirals; the simple ones accessible and trancey, the more complex ones energetic with nifty footwork.
The turning of the year, the traditions of the land and the natural world. Our album The Dance Goes On sings you around the year, including this Welsh May Carol.
